Accommodation and length of stay
The accommodation is offered for a maximum of two guests, even though a sofa bed is present. The minimum stay is two nights.
Request and approval
Submitting the form constitutes an availability request, not a confirmed booking. The property checks the dates and sends a proposal with the total amount, details and conditions. Dates are held only after approval.
Payment
Payment is arranged after approval. The stay is confirmed only after payment has been verified. Online payments are not active on this website. Sending a request does not result in any charge.
Cancellation
The rate is non-refundable if the guest cancels, without prejudice to statutory rights and remedies. The price and specific conditions are presented before payment.
Arrival and services
Arrival arrangements, check-in and check-out times, and use of the EV charging point must be agreed with the property. The price of the stay does not automatically include charging your car.
