When snow arrives, the mountain takes on a new character. Walks, skiing and snowshoeing depend on the weather and whether the lifts are open.

On Christmas Eve, great stacks of wood are lit in the neighbourhoods of Abbadia San Salvatore. Around the Fiaccole (traditional bonfires), singing and local customs create a town to savour at an unhurried pace.

The Fiaccole follow the organisers’ programme; snow activities depend on weather conditions.

We care about our guests’ comfort. Given the size of the apartment, it is designed for two people and cannot be booked for four.

Is availability confirmed immediately?

No. We first check availability across our booking channels. You’ll receive a proposal only after this check; payment follows approval.

What is the cancellation policy?

The rate is non-refundable if the guest cancels, without prejudice to statutory rights. Before payment, you’ll receive the price and full conditions.

How does EV charging work?
