Privacy notice
This notice covers the data collected to handle stay requests at Sogno Amiatino. For information and requests concerning your data, contact sognoamiatino@gmail.com.
Data and purposes
The form collects your name, email address, phone number, stay dates, number of guests and any information entered in the message. These data are used to respond to your request, check availability and manage any resulting booking. The legal basis for processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the guest and the subsequent contract. Do not provide unnecessary sensitive information.
Services used
The site and request archive use Sites and Cloudflare services. To email your request, your name, email, phone number, dates, guest count and message are transmitted to Resend and sent to Sogno Amiatino (sognoamiatino@gmail.com). The owner can also access requests through a restricted area. WhatsApp is optional and opens only if you choose it. Online payments are not active on this site; payment methods and terms are agreed separately after approval.
Retention and rights
Data are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and the stay, as well as to meet any applicable retention obligations. You may request access, correction and erasure, and, where applicable, restriction, objection and portability. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Cookies and external links
The website records aggregate usage statistics: views of the main pages and clicks on WhatsApp, phone, email, Booking/Airbnb, Google, other buttons and links, as well as successfully submitted stay requests. Counts are grouped by day and page. Analytics do not store cookies, visitor identifiers, IP addresses, URL parameters or form contents. Aggregate counts are visible only to the owner in the restricted area and are retained for up to 13 months. External links are subject to the providers’ own privacy notices.
Identification of the controller
The data controller is the operator of Sogno Amiatino, who can be contacted at sognoamiatino@gmail.com. The operator’s full identification details will be added before the website opens to the public.
